Red Bush or Rooibos Tea is produced from the native South African Aspalathus linearis shrub. Naturally caffeine free, with a delightful full bodied flavour, you can drink it any time of the day!

Red bush/Rooibos leaf (Aspalathus linearis)
SUGGESTED USE
Serving size - 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per cup
Water temperature - 100°C
Steeping time - 2 - 10 minutes
* Strain and add honey to sweeten if desired.
* Steeping time may vary depending on personal taste.
The longer the steeping time, the stronger the tea.
