INGREDIENTS
Each tablet contains: L-Arginine HCl 300mg, L-Lysine HCl 150mg, L-Histidine 50mg, L-Tryptophan 30mg, Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A) 1500mcg. This product contains tabletting aids.
SUGGESTED USE
Adults - Take 2 tablets daily, prior to exercise or sleep, with fruit juice, or as professionally recommended.
CAUTIONS
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Seek professional health advice if pregnant or intending to become pregnant, breastfeeding, suffer from a medical condition (ie. eosinophilia myalgia syndrome, liver disease or depression), or take medication before supplementing. The recommended adult daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 2500 IU (750 mcg retinol equivalents). Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
